Mt. Balagbag

My first climb was on Mt. Balagbag located at Rodriguez Rizal. It was a tough climb for me because of not having a good physical and mental condition (though it only ranked as a minor climb rated as 2/10 difficulty level).

Mt. Balagbag Itinerary

Assault to Summit

18:00 - 20:00 Manila to SM Fairview
After arriving at SM Fairview, Me and my gang decided to have our dinner at a karinderya. Full tummies means a lot of energy so don't climb when you're hungry.

20:15 - 21:00 SM Fairview to Tungko
Rain started to pour when we arrive at tungko and luckily it's not that strong. When you are at tungko, be sure to buy all the things that you will need for the climb. We bought batteries, head lamp, liquor(for the social) and some pack of cigs.
Arrival at Tungko

21:15 - 22:25 Tungco to Licao-Licao
After a long travel from manila we arrived at Licao-Licao where the climb starts, We prepared our tools and equipment that are essential for the climb, we also do stretching for physical conditioning.
